She went above and beyond to be kind, honest, and upfront about what they could realistically do on the timeframe for getting the job done given the weather and their already full workload.

We needed a last-minute roof repair with rain coming, and Alex made the entire situation so much less stressful. She communicated clearly, acted quickly, and genuinely cared about helping us.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of service provided by Allegiant Roofing! Once we had an estimate we went to the office to look at colors available. Our meeting with Alex went great. She explained the options we had and laid out all the available colors of shingles on a table. We signed an agreement and got on their schedule. When they said they could do the entire reroof in one day i didn't believe them. But they did it! And that was a good thing because it rained the very next day. The roofing crew were polite and respectful of our property and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Our new roof looks great.

First of all, Allegiant Roofing, Inc. was the first roofing business I can remember calling that had a real life, friendly person who answered the phone, said she would have the owner call me, and he actually called the same day!! I lost count how many roofing businesses I called before I reached Allegiant, but it had been too many. An inspection was scheduled for the next day. We have a clay tile roof. They are difficult to work on, if you don’t know what you are doing. Stan said he had an expert with clay tiles he would call in. The price was significantly less than what a neighbor had been quoted. We signed the contract. They ordered the exact tile required by our HOA, arranged removal and reinstallation of our solar panels, and stayed in frequent communication with me throughout the process. They completed the whole project with three days of work. Every day the crew cleaned up the area before leaving. They were respectful of our property and even covered our deck with a tarp. The roof is beautiful and we could not be more impressed with the work they did.

I had been searching for a roofer for six to seven months before I came across Allegiant Roofing. From start to finish, their crew was professional, polite, and—most importantly—incredibly hardworking and efficient. They completed the roof on our large commercial building in just 8 days, which was impressive given the scale of the project. Any issues or concerns that came up were addressed promptly and handled with professionalism. I would confidently recommend Allegiant Roofing for any roofing project—they deliver excellent results.

Alliegent roofing went above and beyond to complete patio roof replacement. The crew replaced rot on fascia and roof deck. In addition, the crew primed and painted all wood that was replaced and all flashings and drip edges to match paint on patio to minimize work for this customer after completion. ( I did provide house paint that I had left over, they provided flashing paint). Also had a new gutter installed that matched existing paint as well. Very pleased with work completed and communication with Stan the manager and crew foreman. 5 stars.

They did an amazing job and were quick enough to surprise me, an ex-commercial roofer. I got several bids and had a poor experience with a different roofer I signed a contract with. Allegiant stepped up when the other roofing company failed.

They were quick, professional, and took care of business quickly with rain moving in. Their employees are proficient in their trade, the owners are respectful, and the office staff are considerate.

SO GRATEFUL TO THESE GUYS!!! We have been the original owner of our home since 2008. For 16 years, we have struggled with a leak in the roof that comes through our office ceiling. I've truly lost count of how many roofers (8-10, easy!) who have gone up into our attic and onto the roof only to tell us they don't see any problems, or that they did a few minor touch-ups to certain areas and "hope" they fixed it, or (my fave) it could be behind/under the A/C unit and "that's impossible to access." I was referred to Allegiant by a neighbor and I am forever thankful! They came right out, were on time, were very tidy and respectful of the way we treat our home, and they didn't simply give up because the issue was not easy to access. They put in the time and the effort and we are FINALLY leak-free! Their diligence and integrity are stellar. DO NOT HESITATE to hire these guys to help maintain your home or business. I highly recommend Allegiant Roofing for any of your roofing needs. We live in Grass Valley, and were in need of a brand new roof. Although their office is located in Chico, the area they serve is quite expansive. We were given a very fair price, and work was scheduled within a week. The roofers were amazing, seemingly to work non-stop, and very diligent in cleaning up afterwards. I have to also give praise to their office manager, Alex, who kept us closely informed, and was quick to respond to any questions we had during the roofing process. It is obvious each person who works at, and represents, Allegiant Roofing really cares about their customers.

I had a new roof installed as part of a package deal for solar panels, and I was very pleased with both the price and the overall value. The project was completed within a reasonable timeframe, and the crew worked efficiently and professionally throughout the process. I cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of Allegiant Roofing. I called and spoke to Alex to get an estimate. I knew from talking to her this would be a good experience. The owner came the next day to review my requirements and gave me an immediate estimate. Within a few days the appointment was set. Paperwork was immediately sent to get things rolling. His crew arrived exactly on time, answered my questions and quickly removed my old roof, repaired what needed to be repaired, and put a beautiful new roof on-all in one day. All debris was removed and cleaned up. The next day the owner checked the work and met with the permit inspector. From start to finish was one week. The roof is beautiful. This is what quality work looks like.
